MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY OF INDIA (MSSI), was founded in 1985 with a handful of member patrons, most of whom were MS persons, through its chapters in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Calcutta, Bangalore, Mangalore, New Delhi, Pune and now in Chennai. The Chennai Chapter has been functioning since September 1997. We arrange counseling, physiotherapy, medical camps, seminars and recreational activities for the MS persons and caregivers. We provide medicines, nutrition, aids, appliances, wheel chairs, walkers, canes and incontinence products, reimbursement of medical and hospital bills.
